I appreciated the hotel. Thank you for a really comfortable stay. - the breakfast is delicious. - the location is magnificent near to the town centre as well as conservatory. - the staff are pleasant and exceptional. - It's conveniently located to the reception area.

Thank you for the stay in this property - will be back. The rooms are big, with a huge bed, biscuits and hot chocolate provided. The location is marvellous, specially if you want to stay walking distance to pubs and bars. The restaurant in the hotel is great for evening meals.

Excellent service and very friendly relaxing atmosphere. We felt that we made very wellcome, the evening meal was very good value and the breakfast was more than adequate. For a three star hotel this greatly exceede our expectations. Great location and plenty of parking.
The evening meal bill should have been presented at the end of the meal rather than been added to the room tab - more opportunity for gratuities.

Faultless! I travel a huge amount and this is one of the best places (if not the best in my experience), in it's league. Though I have a critical eye, I found everything to be just as one would wish for.
There simply isn't anything one can say in detriment, well apart from the weather!

Everything is fantastic here, had a just perfect stay for town & sightseeing. the staff are reasonably good and efficient. - It is conveniently located 4 km away from Cheltenham panorama view.

Hotel was clean, owners were very helpful and attentive. Hotel food was very good, with plenty of choices to please everyone. Location excellent for walkers (pets welcome) and close enough to the town for shoppers. Would recommend to others

The hotel is in a very central location just next door to the outskirts of Cheltenham, making it ideal. I thoroughly enjoyed my huge room with a large comfortable king-size bed and tea making facilities. - the food provided was well presented.

My husband and I found the hotel to be in an ideal situation, on the edge of Cheltenham where it was peaceful but close enough for shopping if you want to, and we found our weekend to be very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed it
